The next Garden Beats Festival will take
place on 9th of March, 2019
We love to party but do make sure to
abide by the rules of the festival to
make it a pleasant one for all of us!
Bring your own reusable water bottle
We encourage everyone to bring your own water bottle to fill up and stay hydrated during the festivals. Keep a look out for water points located on festival grounds!
Bring your own food
What’s a picnic without food? Alternatively, we’ve got plenty of food vendors to have you covered. Check out our food village for mouthwatering selection of the best types of pick-me-ups.
Do smoke within the designated areas at the festival.
Left something at home? No worries, you’re more than welcome to come back any time during the festival.
Leave sharp objects at home
Leave your umbrellas at home and use a poncho instead.
No glassware allowed
Avoid bringing any glassware onto festival grounds due to safety hazards.
Kids under age 16 and pets
We would love for you to bond with your pets and play with kids but unfortunately our festival house rules do not allow them for safety reasons.
We love being green, so helping us to be as eco-friendly as possible is a massive helping hand. Avoid brining plastics to the festival and recycle as much of your waste as possible – you can purchase reusable mugs and refill at the water stations. All vendors work with biodegradable cups and eco-friendly cutlery, please throw them in the recycling bin throughout the festival ground. Please also read through our green guide to be well prepared an make green moves!
Bring your own mug or reusable water bottle. Water points can easily be found around the festival grounds and are absolutely free. And get a $1 discount on drinks if you bring your own cup.
When packing your picnic, avoid single-use packaging and bring your food in resusables. Or ensure that the packaging you do bring can be recycled. Only bring what you need.
DON’T BE TRASHY
Properly dispose your waste in the correct bins by separating food waste, garbage and recycling. Help us keep the grounds clean and clean up after yourself.
BYE BYE PLASTIC
Bring your own bags. Plastic is not biodegradable and harmful to the environment.
BIN YOUR BUTTS
Properly dispose any cigarette butts into the bins.
LIGHTEN THE LOAD
Transport is a big part of the footprint for a festival. Think about how you are getting to and from - rideshare with friends, bike, take public transport or walk!
