Vivie-ann Bakos takes sole charge of BLOND:ISH as she steps into a new phase in history, embracing and ready for a change in 2019. Bringing an uplifting and positive vibe in her house and techno sounds, she never fails to excite the seven senses, invoking all kinds of feelings. Rising to fame, she fronts for international dance brand Circoloco and artisan headliners such as Black Coffee, garnering attention as she brings about music in her own unexpected style.
Vivie-Ann isn’t only dropping beautiful records, but also sharing her ethos on how the world might look and sound when we decide to inject a little more love, thought and passion into everything we do. Her Bye Bye Plastic campaign launched recently is evidence aimed at persuading dance music venues across the world to quit using single-use plastics. She hopes to bring a new individual joy and spirituality through solo performances and recordings, and at the same time connect with the world through action, promoting the right path: Doing the right thing. Discovering your own truth. Realising that dance music truly can be a power for good. And not just talking the talk, but walking the walk.
