CO FOUNDER OF NALU GALLERY
SESSION TITLE: BREAKING THE POVERTY CYCLE ONE SCHOOL UNIFORM AT A TIME
Dali Schonfelder co-founded streetwear clothing company Nalu clothing at the age of 13, together with her younger brother Finn. For every 4 products they sell, they provide a school uniform to a child who needs one. Since they started Nalu 5 years ago, Nalu has given over 4 million days of education to children in India and Indonesia. Dali has spoken at the United Nation headquarters in New York, TEDx, InkTalks and many more stages around the world about the importance of education and creating change.
She attended Parsons School of Design in New York majoring in Fashion Design. Dali is passionate about inspiring the younger generation to take action on the causes they believe in and in playing their part to help make a better tomorrow. Her dream is to see a world where every child has access to education.
Come hear Dali as she motivates us to be a part of something bigger.
