Having completed the 500 Hour Yoga and Meditation training, Stephanie’s aim of being a yoga teacher is to hold space for her students, and to guide them to return home to themselves.
Being naturally curious about the inner exploration that yoga brings to people, Stephanie’s Soul Motion: Movement Meditation class at the Garden seeks to show attendees to find peace, rest, ease and exhilaration within themselves in a guided somatic meditation to enhance healing and renewal within oneself.
